“I am Jasper’s mother. I moved to Wooster from West Palm Beach, Florida when I was six, which was when my mother first enrolled me with Kids and Giggles (back then called Perky’s). I grew up with the daycare center and came to know most of the staff fairly well. 15 years, a long term job, Basic Military Training, and one child (so far) later, there I was again enrolling my son into the same daycare center with the same ladies that took care of me all those years ago. Talk about an extreme case of déjà vu. This gave me a sense of safety and comfort though, because I knew this center well and I knew my son would be well taken care of. Sure, having the challenging blessing of children is well…a challenge, but Kids and Giggles has worked diligently with me in the past years with the care of my son. I went through a job change, the balancing of career and school, buying a house, and a year-long deployment overseas. I called Daycare directly while I was away, just a few times as minutes were astronomically priced, and whoever answered, put me on the phone with my little boy. They were my back-up when it came to helping my grandmother (who was his Guardian at the time) raise, protect, and love him when I couldn’t (even when I called one day and asked his teacher to start potty training). I even received a care package! Jasper has done extremely well in his short three years and has developed into a very bright, very handsome toddler. Now that we’re pretty settled into our new home, I hope he keeps growing like he has for years to come with Kids and Giggles.”

“Caitlyn has been coming to Kids & Giggles since 2010 since she was only 10 weeks old. She has practically “grown up” here. Even though she is only here part time, we feel the staff care for her as if she was one of their own. “I would like to share my story about my experience with Kids & Giggles. I have three children and my first two did not go to daycare, Grandpa watched both of them. With Grandpa getting older, we did not think it would be fair to ask him to watch our new little one. I was afraid to look at any daycares because my older two were watched by Grandpa, who I trusted with their lives. It was scary to me to send my child somewhere I did not know well and to people I did not know. However, I decided to check out Kids & Giggles (where I went as a child, when it was Perky’s).

After speaking with Bonnie and taking a tour of the facility, we decided to send Danny here. It has been one of the best experiences we have had for Danny. His Teachers, Anissa and Miranda are wonderful! They always have a smile on their face in the morning and then again in the evening after a long day. When I pick up Danny, he is always clean, fed and has a smile on his face. They do such a wonderful job! I could not ask for two nicer women to take care of my child. I never worry about him while I am at work and know he is happy and safe.

I don’t know everyone as well as the teachers, but they all have a smile on their face when you talk to them and they are very friendly. I must say there is one woman that I see every morning when I drop off Danny and her name is Jaime. She is so friendly, funny and nice that she makes even me smile before I have to go to work. This is the first person you see when you walk in and it is so nice because she is always in a good mood. She is also sweet to my little boy.

I wish everyone could be as happy as I am with their daycare as I am with Kids & Giggles.”

“We are so happy we found Kids & Giggles.  I literally googled day cares in Wooster because I was working in Wooster but lived in Ashland.  From the minute they answered the phone, to the interview provess, and the first day we were treated with respect, kindness, and support.  Every other place I called was rude, snippy, or told me they were full.  Kids & Giggles even takes our 7 year old son when he doesn’t have school.  Eleanor is lactose intolerant and they are so good about giving her the milk I bring in and dealing with all of the things that come with it.  AMAZING!
